CallCatch answers missed calls for your business by text message: it responds to customers, collects job details, flags emergencies, and books appointments on your calendar. It is an automated assistant — it is not an employee, a dispatcher service, or an emergency service.
Plans are billed monthly, month to month. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Free trials convert to paid plans only after the trial period stated on the pricing page, and you can cancel during the trial at no charge.
Cancel anytime by contacting us. Your service stops at the end of the billing period, and you keep your business phone number — we'll help you point it wherever you want it to go next.
We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but no automated system is perfect. CallCatch may occasionally miss a message, misunderstand a customer, or be briefly unavailable. You're responsible for the work you take on and how you follow up with your customers; we're responsible for making the tool work as described and fixing it promptly when it doesn't.
The service may only be used for lawful business communication with people who contacted your business. Using it to send unsolicited marketing ("spam") is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
