When your customers call or text a CallCatch number, we store the phone number, the messages exchanged, and any details the customer shares (like a name, address, or description of the job). That's the whole point of the service — capturing that information so the business can do the work.
Customer information is used for exactly one thing: helping the business that owns that phone line respond to, schedule, and complete the customer's request. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone other than the business the customer contacted and the service providers we use to run CallCatch (phone/text carrier, scheduling, and messaging-AI providers).
Customers can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and back in by replying START. We honor opt-outs immediately and permanently unless the customer opts back in.
Conversation records are kept so the business has a history of its own customer contacts. If you want your information removed, contact us at the email below and we'll delete it.
